Pushal Saffron
Pushal saffron is a kind of saffron which contains 3-5mm stigmas and the stigmas of 3 branches are separated without concavity. In this type of saffron, in addition to the red stigmas, the yellow part also appears.
There are different types of Pushal saffron, and the taller and thicker the stigmas, the higher the proportion of red stigmas.
